◦About Aspire Finishes◦

Aspire Finishes started in 2020, when Josh began taking on painting work outside of his full-time employment. With a young family on the way, his goal was simple - to build something of his own that would allow him to provide for his family while being closer to home. 

With a background in painting and extensive experience managing large commercial projects and teams, he had built strong relationships with clients and knew the industry well.

After years of working away from home, Josh made the decision to build Aspire Finishes into a full-time business. Being able to work locally, be there for his family and build something of his own became the driving force behind the business.

Initially working on his own, Josh soon had painters asking if they could join him. They were people he already knew, trusted and respected for their work ethic, and Aspire began to grow.

Today, Aspire Finishes has a team of qualified painters working across residential, commercial and new build projects throughout Perth and surrounding areas.

More than just painting.

Aspire is a family-run business, and Josh is involved in every part of it. Some days he's on the tools with the team, other days he's quoting jobs, talking with clients, organising projects and keeping things moving behind the scenes. 

Behind the scenes, Marianne assists in the administration and day-to-day business tasks, keeping everything organised - all while wrestling a toddler.

Together, we've built Aspire around the things that matter to us: good people, hard work, proper preparation and being proud of the work we put our name to.

What started as Josh working for himself has grown into a team of qualified tradespeople, while still keeping the same hands-on approach we started with.
